What is your operating hours?

10am – 8pm

7pm ( 60 minutes service )

What services do you offer?

We have body treatments ( massage, scrub, mask, bath ), Face treatments ( facials ), Head Treatments ( cream bath ), foot reflexology and head, neck, back soother

Do you have couple rooms?

Yes we do, please let us know at the time of booking

Do you have a private room for hair spa treatment?

Yes we do

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes we do, please ask our friendly staff for more details.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please let us know minimum 2 hours before treatment time if you like to make a change to your booking.

What is your late arrival policy?

Grace period: We understand that unexpected delays can occur. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time.

Service adjustments: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust the length of your treatment or reschedule your appointment

Do you accept gift certificates?

Yes we do, a valid gift certification that is inline with the terms and condition will be accepted.

How do I prepare for a treatment?

Arrive early: We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to your appointment to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Inform us of any health conditions: Please notify us of any allergies, injuries, or health conditions that may affect your treatment.

Wear comfortable clothing: Choose loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement.
